From 8:00-10:00 we’ll introduce our team, gather your top-of mind questions, and change expert Sinikka Waugh will share a simple, easy-to-share model of what change really looks and feels like from an individual’s perspective, setting the stage for transitioning together successfully.
From 10:00-12:00, we’re focusing specifically on pastors, though everyone is welcome! Hear from expert Tom Green as he shares four focus areas of Learning, Connecting, Communicating, and Unifying, including helping you understand what matters and actionable things you can do to make the transition a success.
From 12:15-2:00, we’re focusing specifically on church leaders and staff – paid and volunteer. Hear from expert Joel Smith as he helps you help your team by getting un-stuck, engaging with transitional tools, and an easy-to-apply coaching model.
From 2:00-4:00, we’ll start wrapping up by looking back at the journey of transition with Sinikka Waugh, plugging in the things you can do to help yourself and your congregation thrive during this transition, and making sure we’ve addressed all your questions and concerns. We’ll also share the ways we can continue to support you during this transition, through one-on-one and small group coaching, congregational training, and a set of transition tools designed specifically for pastors and church leaders.
